Took a whole different turn. I was agreeing at the first part then saw the dog part went nasty.

[–] FlyingSquid@lemmy.world 29 points 22 hours ago (1 children)

And I thought I was the only one who breast fed my dog.

You mean women do it too?

[–] SatansMaggotyCumFart@lemmy.world 11 points 22 hours ago (1 children)

Breastfed?

I would have thought it was inkfed.

[–] FlyingSquid@lemmy.world 17 points 22 hours ago (1 children)

ARE YOU A SQUID? No.

Don't try to appropriate my culture!

[–] SatansMaggotyCumFart@lemmy.world 9 points 22 hours ago (1 children)

But a squid isn't a mammal so they shouldn't have mammary glands.

[–] FlyingSquid@lemmy.world 9 points 22 hours ago (1 children)

You shouldn't have mammary glands either, but you don't see me going around telling everyone.

[–] SatansMaggotyCumFart@lemmy.world 5 points 22 hours ago (1 children)

Unless you store your milk in the ink sacs...

[–] FlyingSquid@lemmy.world 8 points 21 hours ago (1 children)

And I suppose you do something sick and twisted like store it in a carton in the fridge. I know your kind.

[–] SatansMaggotyCumFart@lemmy.world 6 points 21 hours ago

No actually I'm severely lactose intolerant.

Just thinking about lactose sends me into a rage.

[–] MossyFeathers@pawb.social 67 points 1 day ago (3 children)

The twist: she's not breastfeeding the dog, the dog is breastfeeding her.

Second twist: the dog is a happily collared and pampered trans puppy girl so it's fully consensual.

My ex sister in law actually did this with a new puppy :( It took weeks to convince them not to and I suspect they were still doing it in secret for longer

[–] ArmoredThirteen@lemmy.zip 19 points 20 hours ago (1 children)

Probably shouldn't be showing this but okay...

[–] WhiskyTangoFoxtrot@lemmy.world 1 points 15 hours ago

How'd you take that picture?

[–] HK65@sopuli.xyz 7 points 23 hours ago (1 children)

Wouldn't that possibly kill the dog though? In any case, look up a nearby biology lab, your ex-SIL's dog might be an interesting research specimen. I wonder what it does to the intestinal flora of the dog.

[–] bstix@feddit.dk 12 points 22 hours ago (2 children)

Apparently it's not that dangerous. https://wagwalking.com/sense/can-dogs-drink-breast-milk

The other way around (humans drinking dog milk) is simply impractical because a bitch has 8 tiny nipples with very little milk in them, and they don't like being milked at all.

[–] HK65@sopuli.xyz 7 points 22 hours ago

Well, there is a difference between the dog drinking some breast milk, and a puppy being brought up on it. Babies get their gut biome from their mothers with breastfeeding, so if it wouldn't cause a constant diarrhea and dehydration death, it could be interesting and shed light on some human medical topics even.

[–] bstix@feddit.dk 10 points 21 hours ago

I'm not really sure you actually want my browser history on this topic. Anyway, there's very little research, besides comparing the types of milk.

Wikipedia is probably the most interesting to read, because it explains some reasoning of why it has been practiced historically. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Human%E2%80%93animal_breastfeeding

8 tiny scientists

[–] Kitathalla@lemy.lol 20 points 1 day ago (2 children)

Huh, well, that's an odd route you've forced my brain to take this morning. I'm now having to wonder... dogs and cats drink by lapping up liquids as adults. They don't really have lips like humans do. How do they suckle as infants?

[–] wieson@feddit.org 7 points 22 hours ago

Calves, lambs and kids don't suck with a vacuum neither. They just kinda chew.

[–] wjrii@lemmy.world 12 points 1 day ago

I imagine it's a combination of having a gum ridge like human babies (which can HURT, btw), having more agile tongues than humans, and the fact that their adorable little howl faces can still generate enough of a seal.

Humor is subjective of course, but I think "dog" replaced with "husband" would have worked better.

[–] surewhynotlem@lemmy.world 25 points 1 day ago (1 children)

You want her to marry her dog?

It wasnt hard to find the original, 10 years old tweet: https://x.com/radtoria/status/524381421217906689

On some screenshots the profile picture is the same as in this post, but the username is still ghost mom, so I guess thats her old picture.

Name is censored, because at some point this was reposted by a shitty repost bot, and some repost checking systems can be worked around by removing random words, or something similar

I think some subreddits have "no identifying info" rules which includes usernames. could be something like that too.

She ghosted her account, living up to the reputation.
