Whoops. It was supposed to go to /c/lemmyshitpost but I guess this works. It's certainly not unwholesome.

Not really my vibe but if you enjoyed it, you should also check out Fever Ray, that’s the lady’s solo project. Dark, gritty, experimental stuff.

I liked Valley of the Damned as well, but Through the Fire and Flames is hard to beat of course.

Can confirm. My dad had a 386DX-40 when I got my hands on a copy of Doom, and it was a fucking slideshow at best.

You realize that Android being too open is a major reason for why it sucks and iOS being more locked down is precisely how they avoided going the same way, right?

Literally every single time I try open their app, I get asked to click the button again to verify that I am indeed human.

On top of that, it doesn't always work for some mysterious reason, occasionally it ends up short circuiting and looping for a while before showing me the prompt again, and only lets me in on the second or third attempt.

I do realize that since I AM using a VPN to access it, I might be seeing this prompt more frequently than others, but many other sites use the same CloudFlare protection mechanism and I have yet to see one that shows me the prompt as frequently as OpenAI does.

Just thought it's funny because it's literally a bot asking me to verify that I'm not a bot.

Before you decide to ragepost in the comments about how terrible either of these guys are, please take a moment and look at how happy they are. Wouldn't this be a nice outcome for a change?
