Very cool. I enjoy the beyond/impossible meat, but I hadn’t heard of this yet! I love seafood so will definitely be interested in it going forward

I think that this is a great step forward! I hope they also pursue crustaceans 🦀.

It might not help our oceans recover (reduced populations due to increased water temp and those effects) but it would help to reduce some the human impact of fishing.

Cultured food replacement news makes me SO EXCITED. I've had food poisoning so many times that there are certain things I'm just too scared to eat now. Having worked with cell cultures I know how ridiculously sterile things have to be for the cells to grow effectively, so I could eat these types of foods with way higher confidence they wouldn't make me sick.

Fingers crossed for near future consumer availability...
