Ughhh, in the murder of Daniel Shaver the cop that murdered him (Philip Brailsford) said something along the lines of "put your hands on your head and crawl towards me" and you can visibily fucking see in the video Shaver is confused and scared. He sort of flails his arms around, not sure what to do.
I do not recommend looking up the video of it unless you're ready to see something awful. It's a difficult watch.
Is that the guy who was drunk and returning to his hotel room when the gravy seals mowed him down in the hallway? That video was so irredeemably fucked up that if I remember correctly the cops actually faced consequences. I don't think I ever heard if those consequences stuck though.
