Back in the old days of 8bit computing, I remember a few magazines used to explain their scoring system.

Most magazines reviewed a game out of ten. A score of five would be an average. The game is just ok. Not brilliant but not terrible either.

A great game would be an eight or nine. Very rarely would a game receive a ten as that indicates perfection.

In today's world, the way people talk, it feels like a game needs at least an 8 (or 80%) or it's not even worth touching.

I'm loving this game. If you want, here's the longer version of that answer. ๐Ÿ˜€ my wife has also become hooked and is playing it on her Switch.

Apart from the DeLorean, I wonder what else they're could be? Biff's 1955 car, the Toyota pickup truck, the Libyans VW camper van or maybe some locations? Looking forward to it.

The fake-outs of things such as the TV volume adjusting were fun but obviously don't work for everyone as it wouldn't of matched their own TVs on screen graphics.

There was one however which claimed the GameCube memory card was corrupted and the save game was lost. Yeah, that freaked me out for a few seconds. ๐Ÿ˜

Dredd had a really poor advertising campaign. I think the first trailer only came out a few weeks before it's release when for other films it's months in advance.

I think the first footage I saw was actually a VFX breakdown that somehow made it's way into YouTube but it didn't stay there long.

There was a big campaign to get a sequel and Dredd on Blu-ray rose to #1 in the Amazon sales charts.

One of the executive producers, Adi Shankar, explained in a YouTube video that he appreciated the effort but the big problem was the box office returns. Everyone who invested made a loss, so no one wanted to invest in a sequel.

Rebellion were going to make a Mega City One series which may have had appearances from Dredd occasionally but I think that project has stalled.

Absolutely loved that game. I even fell for a couple of it's tricks when your character loses too much sanity.

So much hassle over what should be a simple process. I've been quite lucky and have had barely any parcels go missing over the years. One of the best situations was when I ordered The Matrix Trilogy in 4K from a website called Rarewaves. It never arrived and after waiting the allotted three weeks, they sent another.

As you've probably guessed, I ended up with two copies as the original turned up as well. I was willing to send one back as I'm too honest for my own good at times but they refused and said please keep it. So I sold it to CEX and that helped offset the price of the original!

I've reported it as not delivered and Amazon said wait 24 hours, it may show up. Look in your safe places or maybe someone else took it in.

If it's reported as handed to resident and I don't have it, that's pretty conclusive something's gone wrong.

I tried customer service and it's a bloody chat bot. The bot said wait until the end of Tuesday and it will arrive. I'm not sure if that means they're sending a replacement and I'll think it's the original but turning up late.

I hope you get your package back. I was hoping for a photo but its not every delivery service that does that.

EDIT: just a few minutes after writing, my neighbour popped round and gave it to us. No idea why they took it when I was in all day? Anyway, crisis over. ๐Ÿ˜

I was looking forward to trying out some new earbuds today but there's been a problem.

I got a notification saying they were successfully delivered to the resident of the address except I was sitting in my front room and no such event had taken place. ๐Ÿ˜ก

There's not even any detected motion from the ring doorbell at the supposed delivery time. So someone took in a parcel that a) it's not their name on the parcel and b) the address is wrong.

I've already reported it missing but Amazon say to wait 24 hours in case it turns up. I hope whoever has it gives it back soon.

As you can tell, it's really annoyed me. ๐Ÿ˜Š

I found one which looks just like James Bond's watch from N64 Goldeneye! I love it.

If anyone mentions Darkman to me, the first thing I have to say is, "Take the fucking elephant!" ๐Ÿ˜†

So, I had a random thought the other day. And this is probably bindingly obvious and incredibly simplistic view of religion.

Way back when, people didn't understand the world and some one or a small group invented an alternative explanation for what they couldn't explain, therefore a higher being, a god.

They believed this so much, they passed it onto others who agreed and who in turn passed on to more people. They in turn bring up their children in this belief.

As humanity progresses, everything is explained with science and facts but religion has such a strong foothold now, you can't really make it stop.

I'm autistic and extremely logical, so I don't understand why people believe so strongly in something that clearly doesn't exist.

Terminator 3 was fun and I genuinely liked how it ended.

Salvation is ok for the most part, purely because I've always wanted to see more of the Future War.

Genisys was just terrible and the marketing ruined the big twist of the whole film. Plus Jai Courtney isn't the best actor and I can't believe I checked the time on my watch during a Terminator film.

Apart from the impressive opening sequence, Dark Fate wasn't that good either.
