The solution is to base it upon the user session timer.

I was the president and founder of my high school’s board game club and I fucking love Stratego. It took me a while to get used to the new numbering system, but I can play that game for hours with the right person.

  • The top menus are buttons and look weird and cheapen the experience.
  • Voting can’t be done via swipe.
  • You should be able to search all communities across all federated instances.
  • You should be able to browse the full list of communities for a selected instance.
  • The sorter for message replies doesn’t make sense. Why would I need to sort Active message replies?
  • If I check a message reply as read, their doesn’t appear to be a way to see it again.

To be very honest, Memmy is currently my favorite and I have been testing them all pretty extensively.

Agreed. This is clickbait. They want people to think that they kicked off the fat passengers.

We put hamster dance on all the computer lab computers and cranked up the volume to max then locked the door from the inside using a trick, so that they would need to get the facilities people to get in. It was really dumb.

I recently had something similar happen, but in a different direction. I inherited upwards of a thousand vinyl records ranging from classical through 80’s. I set up a nice sound system in my office and have been popping records all throughput my work day. What’s nice is that flipping the side and putting a new record on is like a mini break between tasks. Vinyl sounds better than digital and it is cheap to grab a bunch of records at yard sales, thrift stores, and online.

People do care if you are late though. Friends and co-workers wait for you to arrive before starting a meeting or activity, but you are now always the very late one. You are tolerated, but will be kept at arm’s-length because they know you are inconsiderate. You can be 5 minutes late to some meetings in order to feign that you are really important and your previous meetings went over because people wanted more of your time, but if you go much more than that frequently, you are just unreliable.
