Training is short so they make sure to make it count, they don't see what they're doing as a profession necessitating years of training like other professions unfortunately.

FPTP-voting was designed by wealthy romans for the benefit of wealthy romans millenia ago and that people accept this type of democracy today is just bonkers to me.
They do exist they just prefer to be anonymous in their altruism so nobody hears about them.
They did it to improve water resistance and to sell the more expensive wireless earpods.
It's a good thing to keep in mind but it's a different culture, right now they can't decide if torture and rape of prisoners is okay.
