I think there's ways to block ads through DNS or using a VPN. You can set up pinhole at home and tunnel into it, but that's a bit technical.

Issue with that, at least in the u.s. is that stores often give you points that accumulate that can be redeemed for certain dollar amounts or a big discount on a single purchase.

There was a time you could get an AARP credit card that had 5% cashback, you don't have to be a certain age to join AARP in order to get the card. At the same time the federal reserve was letting people buy quarters in bulk without any shipping fees. So, order thousands in quarters, take them straight to the bank, repeat.

He doesn't need to, they can just scrape the videos and have fake users post them on his site.

I get the feeling that you like China a lot.

Of course the Chinese government is going to give Americans a warm welcome on their propaganda app. You're not going to see chinese people talking about Hong Kong, Uyghurs, Child labor. They could easily go to jail if they did any of that.

What difference does that make exactly? Everybody hates the guy, literally every American is ready for him to fuck off.

They could even make it look exactly like Google. What's Google going to do about it? Get wrecked is what.

I'm voting for Jimmy Carter in 28' and we'll just pull weekend at Bernie's.

I read something years ago that you should always at least acknowledge people. If I try to say hello or how are you, etc to someone passing by and they don't acknowledge me back, especially if they're in a position "above" me, then I lose all respect for them immediately.

We recently purchased a new (to us) family car and I've been addressing some of the neglected maintenance items. The low beam headlights were extremely dim, yet the high beams were very bright. Incandescent bulbs become dimmer over time. I purchased some which were recommended by the forum for my specific vehicle for only $15 on the rain forest site. They are quite a bit brighter now and I feel much safer driving at night.
