if you highlight a feature as "now its positive", what you're actually saying "normally it's negative"

Sure, but that is like saying potentially my pig might grow wings and start flying.

I mean I guess, but my pig is probably statistically significantly more likely to fly off than entropy is to decrease with time.

The DMCA is the US arm of the international WIPO.

The international cooperation is in place because, as I said, no one government has sole jurisdiction.

I hate to agree with muskyboii, but if it's true the content is already blocked for canadian users, they have zero jurisdiction over this. No one government can decide what is generally allowed on the internet

Absolute privacy is an illusion, because it doesn't really exist, and if you believe you have achieved it you are fooling yourself.
