Macron is the President, not the PM, so he doesn't have to leave. Moreover, he's the only one who can appoint a new PM, so all the NFP can do is put forward a candidate and hope His Majesty Macron deems him/her to be worthy. The whole situation is essentially a soft coup by Macron and his party, there's no way around it

31% of republicans won't be voting for long

It should also be noted that a directive isn't an "EU Law", since it cannot be enforced directly (as opposed to a EU regulation such as the GDPR). It's basically a framework that all EU member states have agreed they would each pass as a Law in their own jurisdiction (which explains the first quote in the article beginning by "Member States shall ensure ...").

Since eprivacy is "just" a directive, each member state has since passed their own implementing Law that have the same basis but can vary in their specifics, so rules on tracking and cookies aren't the exact same in each member state.

Selling only DRM-free games has always be GOG's whole thing (well, that and selling oldies compatible with modern OS), it's weird that this meme specifically would be considered "aknowledging piracy"

Who would win in a fight? A half-naked militiaman with a bronze sword or a soldier in full armor with a steel katana?

Don't get me wrong, Greek hoplites were great in formation for their time period, but the individual spartan was basically just a decently fit dude

Woodworking, or any activity that involves crafting useful and/or beautiful things with my own two hands. I live in a flat so I lack space to do it, but the idea of using an object or a furniture everyday while knowing I actually made it from scratch is just so appealing to me

A few years back I got really into Python for a few months as a complete newbie. One day, when I felt ready, I told myself I would put all the python skills I picked up and build a small program that would generate random, solvable sudoko puzzles. After a few weeks trying everything and not getting anywhere, I gave up programming.

Moral of the story is I probably that I should have taken it a bit slower I guess

This is like all those older people that keep saying "Wow kids these days are so good with tech and computers!". No, they actually suck at computers, they just know how to navigate the frontend of apps that are insanely complex on the backend but are designed to provide a good and easy UX.

I think you're spot on for Vision. If the last Phoenix Force buff taught me one thing, it's that the difference between a 4-cost card that can move and a 5-cost card that can move is truly massive. I guess Vision got a bit more appealing for a Shuri combo and a last turn move to bait Shang Chi though, that's probably something I'll want to try out.

The two toggles called "Consent" and "Legitimate interest" is one of the most jarring things I've seen since GDPR came out. Those are legal basis for processing data, they're not supposed to shown like that to the user, that just makes no sense.

User have to opt-in for processing activities that are based on consent, and be allowed to opt-out of processing activities that are based on legitimate interest, but to do that they must know what those processing activities are in the first place!

Edit: The more I think about it the more it makes my head hurt. What does a toggle just called "consent" mean? Am I opting in for "consent"? Why are they just writing "legitimate interest" without telling what is the interest and why it is legitimate? Complete nonsense

Paying money to work isn't something I would consider worth it. Sure, I might get a bit of free time in the evenings, but it doesn't seem like enough to justify the travel and lodging costs
