Dems need to use thison everything he does illegal. Show that he can be removed midterm if they flip enough seats.
Beat the drums of "this is illegal" until the people say stop. Fuck the"well now they can do it" arrgument.
Exactly. Stay motivated. Don't act like everything is hopeless and a foregone conclusion. They might be able to destroy our democracy, but we don't have to make it easy for them. Resist everything, don't do their jobs for them...
