As for Tankie Tube, it's the Unofficial Hexbear PeerTube instance, here's the skit explaining what it is for and why. Basically, YouTube is quite hostile to Marxists and even Anarchists, TT is a tongue-in-cheek name for an explicitly Leftist aligned PeerTube instance. As for "ignorant lies," I am not sure how highlighting the horrible actions of US leaders that are normally swept under the rug constitutes "lying," but perhaps you aren't referring to this specific video.
