So, the solution i use is relativly simple. I mainly use the Adguard Adblocker, as i see that as one of the best adblockers you can get. Since Twitch uses some weird methods to load ads, you normally see them on every Adblocker. Now, the Adguard Team came up with some additional addon called Adguard Extra. Dont really know what it does, but seems like it detects ads on another way. Both installed, you dont get any ads anymore on Twitch.
