Really not sure censuring mtg is worth the effort. They're just giving her more fundraising power.
All this really does is trigger a vote in two days. The sponsor can withdraw the bill at that time or demand a House vote. It'll give MTG a moment of pause because she has much more to lose, Committee assignments, etc.
I'm not sure that is possible :p but I get your point :)
