Nicotine withdrawal is awful, but luckily fairly short-lived (as long as you don’t ingest more nicotine;)).

If you’re open to a recommendation, The Easy Way to Stop Smoking by Allen Carr was very helpful to me when I quit smoking. It does a great job reframing nicotine addiction.

Obviously take it or leave it, just felt like it might be worth mentioning.

No, in all seriousness: I have no desire to quit/stop vaping. Switching to that from cigs was a huge jump in life quality without sacrificing the tastes I enjoy (tobacco, menthol) so I see no reason. However, your recommendation is very good for anyone really set on quitting. 👍🏻
