The ADL said it wasn't a Nazi salute, for what it's worth.

I agree.
Like watching that poor old man who is a literal holocaust survivor get arrested by UK police for protesting and speaking out against genocide.
ADL = Anti Democracy League in this case, maybe in others, but definitely in this one.
Also known as the Apartheid Defense League
And AOC called them out for downplaying it as well.
