You're saying Israel is genocidal but hamas isn't. They simply don't have the means. Yes, Israel is the bad guy, but by their decades of settler colonialism have cultivated a group literally dedicated to their eradication. Fighting a bad guy doesn't automatically make you a good guy. They're just less awful by comparison.

Hamas might be genocidal.
Israel is genocidal.

I'm not gonna go so far as to say Hamas are good guys, but treat people according to what they have done and not what they may do. They're not currently on the same level.
