SOTD pics are back ๐Ÿ˜Š

Black Watch day++;

I'll be wrapping up a very busy time mid-month and plan to do more SOTD pics.

During this shave I was taken by how good Black Watch really is. Though all the Seaforth! scents are great, this one and Spiced really are my favorites.

๐Ÿ’ฏ % my favourite. As you say, there are a lot of winners in the line-up, but Black Watch has a special place IMO

I'm of a mind to trim my soap collection this year. I have so many soaps that are great but that fall in that (very wide) barbershop formula, and I have a fair amount of dupes. But if I do trim, Black Watch stays and eventually gets replaced.

Eh, I like my den, even if there are a few soaps that don't get more than a use or two per year. I'm still a few sets away from feeling like a total hoarder :)

[โ€“] gcgallant 2 points 5 days ago (1 children)

My problem is always deciding which of those soaps I use seldomly should go. So far, I'm indecisive.

[โ€“] djundjila 2 points 4 days ago (1 children)

Yeah, in the abstract, I might consider giving away soaps, but I literally can't think on one I wouldn't miss other than garbage like DG Opulence, and those I don't want to inflict on anyone ๐Ÿ˜…

I've given away BaM Bay Rum because I sort of outgrew the scent, but that's it so far.

I still have DG Opulence. It will not lather. Don't know why I keep it. My real treasures are 4 PAA soaps that stopped using long before I joined r/Wetshaving and learned PAA's history. Those will be gone this year.

Don't know why I keep it.

I keep it because 1) it smells good and 2) I can't sell it in good conscience (unlike scoot ๐Ÿ˜…, apparently)

My real treasures are 4 PAA soaps

*gasp* ๐Ÿ™ˆ ๐Ÿ™‰
