Bye Nazi-toddler, don’t let our tolerance and diversity hit your ketamine addicted ass on its way out, you piece of human garbage.

[–] FrostyCaveman@lemm.ee 0 points 2 months ago (4 children)

He’s addicted to ketamine? I would’ve guessed cocaine

[–] 14th_cylon@lemm.ee 0 points 2 months ago (1 children)

Well now when some rando on the internet told you otherwise, you know better :D

“small amount once every other week” - his words - doesn't change anyone's behaviour, nor does it cause outbursts like "they want to extort me with money? fuck them!"

so question is how much cocaine does he take in between ;)

[–] FlyingSquid@lemmy.world 0 points 2 months ago (1 children)

Okay, how about others' words?

Reports include direct accounts from Tesla board member Joe Gebbia, “where Musk took ketamine recreationally through a nasal spray bottle multiple times.”

Also-

In the winter of 2022, former Tesla board member and friend of Musk, Larry Ellison, pushed Musk to visit his private Hawaiian island for a dry out, according to WSJ sources. This seems to have been the worst period for Elon’s drug bender, as other friends encouraged him to take Ellison’s offer, or attend rehab.

None of this can be proof he doesn't take other drugs.

Also, I appended the original comment after you replied.

[–] FlyingSquid@lemmy.world 0 points 2 months ago (1 children)

He does take other drugs. But ketamine is apparently the big one.

And the thing you appended is about trusting Musk. I'm literally saying to go by the direct accounts of people who have been around him.

But ketamine is apparently the big one.

To me he appears to be on some kind of speed and ketamine is literally the opposite.

So while I am not disputing he takes some ketamine, I don't believe that is what is responsible for his erratic behaviour.

Well, TIL, maybe he is on both then.

[–] Corkyskog@sh.itjust.works 0 points 2 months ago* (last edited 2 months ago) (1 children)

I believe the quote I read from someone who knows him was something like "He microdoses ketamine daily, and macrodoses at parties"

I wonder if he pisses his pants yet? He must have K bladder by now, unless there is some super rich people secret to avoid it.

[–] Llewellyn@lemm.ee 0 points 2 months ago* (last edited 2 months ago) (1 children)

Wow, because of your comment I've googled ketamine bladder and now I can't consider K as a relatively safe drug anymore.

20 - 90 % of users got irreversible urinal tract ulceration and significantly reduced functional bladder capacity.

[–] MutilationWave@lemmy.world 0 points 2 months ago

That study is really light on information. I'd love to see more useful data if anyone has seen it. Like 20% of people who ever tried it ended up with ulceration? I know that's not what it's implying but that's preposterous. We get one guy who started having problems after 3 years of use. He used ketamine for another two years and ended up with serious issues. That's crazy, but where was he on the scale of once a week to Matthew Perry?

[–] Tacos_y_margaritas@lemmynsfw.com 0 points 2 months ago

I'm pretty sure it's both.

[–] kungen@feddit.nu 0 points 2 months ago (1 children)

I have no doubts that he frequently does that, as well as other controlled substances. But it's okay for him to abuse drugs; he's rich and powerful after all! Though it would be interesting to see his head under an MRI with T2 and see how many Olney's lesions he has.

[–] MataVatnik@lemmy.world 0 points 2 months ago (2 children)

T2? As in the spin relaxation time?

[–] kungen@feddit.nu 0 points 2 months ago (1 children)

The spin-spin relaxation! I'm not a radiologist, but it's my understanding that T2 weighted images are the best way to see lesions. And it's believed that ketamine abuse gives brain lesions. I'd bet a couple bucks that his brain looks like Swiss cheese. (I'm not sure if I missed some reference or if the question was serious btw)

[–] MataVatnik@lemmy.world 0 points 2 months ago

Yep, this is what I was asking. Thank you!

[–] JadenSmith@sh.itjust.works 0 points 2 months ago

Maybe they mean Terminator. I wouldn't be surprised if he is working another job now, the economy is rough.

[–] prole@lemmy.blahaj.zone 0 points 2 months ago

I hate that ketamine has to be catching so many strays lately... Don't blame K for this idiot.
