the issue is the company not doing anything to stop the spread of csam and criminal activity on their network....
The food and car companies aren't doing anything to stop this, either. I wonder if maybe we should open a company that is specialized in fighting crime.
If a car company made a vehicle that has features that specifically would help with human trafficking and not getting caught, then yeah imo they should be charged.
Just like how any company making a harmful product should be held accountable.
they already do this though?
