Pay for what now, it's full of bots. And disingenuous people. At that the self moderation people put themselves through to interact in that website

I think idiots actually prefix searches with "reddit" like "reddit best toaster".

They don't realise that it's all bot content like the rest of the Web.

That doesn't matter though. If bing doesn't have those results it will drive users away.
