My paternal leave ended last week. I can't decide if I'm more tired at work than I was at home, but I'm definitely still tired and I've been told this will continue for a long time.
No idea when baby will start sleeping through the night instead of waking up demanding food and then staying up for a few extra hours just because. Wife at least gets a few hours of afternoon nap but she's not any less tired.
Don't worry about it. The baby stage is one of the shortest part of parenting, try to enjoy it while you can. Before long, they'll get independent and you'll wonder why they didn't need you anymore.
At least that's what happened to me.
