I stopped using the dealership when they required paying by typing my card information into their http website. They said they couldn’t take physical cards anymore due to Covid. Then they handed me a pen to sign for the work to get my keys.
There was a different app for each state. Georgia’s is called GA Justice. I’m not sure they are still available though. There is one still up for Southern California that you can find by searching ACLU.
Not enough info to say for sure, but between 66½ and a day before 68 years old. It depends on when during the age of 6 the sister was exactly half the age. The sister is between 3-3½ years younger and we don’t know exactly where during the older sibling’s 70th year the question is posed.
