I do red team cybersecurity. Basically I try and break in to systems. Putting blockers up in my place is always a challenge as I break through the, by sheer skill.

Porn I’m afraid. Starting as a way to combat boredom and loneliness and anxiety as a preteen has turned in to a fifteen year long struggle and descent in to various medications and treatments that only impede my ability to develop healthy intimate relationships. Nofap, yorubrainonporn, abstaining, none of it has been effective for more than three weeks of it. Even being a pen tester when the compulsivity hits, it’s me versus my skills. And it’s always a losing demoralizing battle.

Write my name in it so I don’t forget it’s mine

Facebook: was the death of my grandmother. Had no reason whatsoever to keep otherwise. Instagram: got chronically on it and realized just how much anxiety it gave me. Snap: same as Facebook minus grandma, just didn’t care after my last long term relationship. Got back on for a buddy of mine to just meme at each other. TikTok:same as instagram. It was not healthy and the algorithm I was on was not helpful for quitting my addiction. Spotify: lack of high fidelity streaming, moved to tidal whilst I build up my hifi library on plex and then I’ll do plex pass lifetime.

Bad practices to their workers. Poor treatment. See here for the backlash since it's been awhile herman Miller news

Herman Millers are Goated, though i will say their business practices are not the best anymore unfortunately. Though second hand, always go for it.

A cheap chair, a very used chair, or even a slighly used chair is too big a gamble. It is either go all in on a very good chair for long term expectations, or expect to have a soon battle with back pains.
