If anyone is interested. This is The Sims 2 with DLC from an EA "giveaway" some years ago. Just installed this yesterday and still haven't found any problems. No EA bullshit and all the DLC. https://github.com/voicemxil/TS2-Starter-Pack

The joke with this, is that the drivers think that e.g. blue-white retrofit led produce "more light" and they "can see better". That's why no manufacturer does "warm" led headlights
