Hoping to get an answer on this, I just did the same thing and manually resubscribed to them all.

How are you going to avoid using reddit? in c/asklemmy@lemmy.ml

I've got a link to lemmy next to my reddit sync app, so I will see this every time I would have looked at reddit.
