Any OpenStreetMap (OSM) app/website:

Organic Maps on iOS/Android: https://organicmaps.app/

OsmAnd (small price) on Android/iOS: https://osmand.net/

OpenStreetMap off course: https://www.openstreetmap.org/

OsmAnd web maps: https://osmand.net/map/

Maybe some things like TomTom Go or Sygic Maps (is this still a thing?)

I’ve got burn-in on my iPhone 13 Pro. Visible in very low light setting on plain background (mostly if not only from my car-navigation app).

On the other hand, my OLED TV doesn’t have any burn-in.

Just depends how much static content you’ve got
