The survey form eats more RAM the longer it's open until it becomes unusable.

That's a good feature. I think Sync has both these features.

This way one can blur NSFW on their main they'd use in public, and can have NSFW unblurred on their NSFW alt. account. I know of several Lemmy apps that already do this.

Side-issue: the OP was posted from my desktop. It had 3 embedded images in the body, but I can't see them from Sync. I only see the text.

From the front page, clicking the 3 dots on a post, the 3 dots next to "View community", then clicking "About community", always gives a blank page.

However, navigating to the community itself, clicking the 3 dots in the top right, then clicking "About", it gives the community's info.

Force stopping, restarting the device, or reinstalling the app don't resolve the issue.

Anyone else have this issue? Is this a known issue that I missed being discussed?

Is there currently a way to unhide an individual post once I've clicked "hide"? I want "keep posts hidden" on, but if I hide a post by accident I want to be able to unhide it.

If you want an instance that almost definitely won't go under, sdf.org has existed since ~~1986~~ 1987 and has an instance at lemmy.sdf.org

Of course it's the one instance where I accidentally capitalized my username and can't change it to a lower case letter.

I paid the ~$3 for a month of pro, so no ads, and it still eats up my battery. I'll have to stop using it until it's resolved.

Do filters carry over to desktop though? I have many communities blocked, but my filter list is empty. Seems like it'd be better to have one unified list that's cross-platform.

This is a useful feature on reddit. I don't want to unsub or block a community or user, but a don't want to keep seeing a particular post in my feed.
