I had this when using my corporate VPN. Disconnected and still got it. I thought maybe it was a bug that had to do with Firefox.

A few minutes later I refreshed and it was all fine.

Paid for the mobile app (back before it was free)? Or paid for Pocket Casts Plus, which inclued access to the desktop/webapp?

Same. I’ve moved all of my domains there that they support. Paying cost for them is nice.
