Bottoms up in Richmond VA has one called the State Fair: Spicy brown mustard, sausage, caramelized onions and roasted red peppers.
Years ago when I had it I remember it being surprisingly good.

You might not have to pay damages. But you're probably going to have to pay a hefty legal fee not to pay damages.
They're absolutely not doing everything they can. Everything they can would be to not use the works. They're doing as much as they're willing to do. If it wasn't for the threat of lawsuits they wouldn't even be doing that much.
