I had good health insurance and went to three doctors for pain. 2 told me to rest and take generic pain killers (I guess they thought I was an addict or something). Third realized the problem and got me surgey and now I am pain free.
Truth is that most professionals in most industries suck and price does not appear to always correlate with quality.
I donate a nice chunk of cash to lemmyworld servers and devs. Meta is going to reduce the quality of Lemmy. It is going to get overrun with bots and advertisments and genuine conversations are going to dissapear. I and probably many other donators will not want to stick around if we get overrun with bot posts and advertisements like reddit.
