Why even submit an offer if you're going to lowball by that much? Wasnt Levy saying $120m or GTFO?

I might be in the minority, but I really liked Halo: Infinite. The controls felt so good. The problem to me was that nothing was keeping me in Halo. I'm mostly a single player gamer and there were other fun games to check out. But if any of my friends said "wanna play some Halo?" I would definitely play
