My dad gave me an Apple gift card of something like 200$ last year.

I don't buy Apple product. I would have taken the money but eh

Finding a way to deal with my ADHD so I don't drown in clusterness at home & eating healthier food, on a regular basis

Those two would help me a lot and improve my QoL as a whole!

Tried a couple of apps, and while they were great I was so used to Infinity already that it's hard to go away from Eternity now
