If its head gasket I would expect the loss to be consistent. If you open the rocker cover cap / oil filling point and it looks like there is Mayo in there, then it could be a sign the head gasket is failing.

I'm afraid that your partner has a coolant addiction and you need to get them checked into rehab.
On a serious note, perhaps sitting in traffic is causing the temp to increase and causing a leak. This would make me think perhaps the radiator fan isn't working properly?
Cool. I did rafting at Cardiff International white water a couple weeks ago. Awesome. Was way more of a work our than I was expecting too! Have and great time!
Nice pics, museum good shout with all this rain. My Saturday was mostly spent looking out the window wishing the non stop rain would bugger off, I did get a trip in to the builders merchants and got some timber, and as yesterday was nice and dry I actually managed to get on with my little project - fitting solar panels.
It was supposed to be date night tonight (me cooking) but the missus is feeling poorly so it's postponed. There is a gathering at the pub tonight so I might sneak along, but we have an early start tomorrow as we're visiting my grandmother in North Wales....so might be better off flaking out on the sofa.
I'm still cooking. Fresh linguini, mussles, king prawns and squid to be washed down with a chilled Pouilly-Fumรฉ. ๐
