Why wait till the future?

People doing the 30 days linux Challenge are having several problems because of Mint's old packages and technology. Why people still recommend it when there is Fedora and Opensuse with KDE and Gnome? in c/linux@lemmy.ml

30 days? I'm on month 3 with no issues.

Meanwhile, I had to dump Nobara on another PC because I couldn't get RDC working, no matter what instructions I followed.

And no, VNC wasn't an option for this.
