I use autologin too with disk encryption and i don't see an issue. If you have the encryption password nothing can stop you anyway. And if you put your computer in any sleep mode you have to login after waking up.
It only asks you to use it on windows or MS platforms. I hope you can see the issue now. I don't use arch btw.

Programming computers have started to solve mathematical problems and math already used these symbols for centuries(?), so why you should change them? They are well established even in simple school mathematics. And at the end of the day a computer is nothing more than a calculator.

As i said, if it bothers you, don't use their services. Buy using their services and paying for it you are encouraging them even more. And trust me, at the end of they you don't need TV and you don't need google to live a happy life.
