You can find a lot of those old mixtapes on YouTube, Mixcloud, and SoundCloud

It was a mixtape song when it first dropped so you'd only hear it on radio mixshows and the mixtapes; I don't think it ever got an official release, probably due to a sample clearance

90s rap fostered my love for the Range Rover and Escalade (although I'd never buy either unless they were electric)

Nas has been in a zone for the past couple albums, it's like the third creative wave of his career. Its stunning how he continues to lyrically top himself this far into his career.

Pee Wee's Big Adventure as a child and too many Michael Bay Transformers sequels as an adult due to their frequency on FX and now Pluto TV. I think Dark of the Moon is aired most often.

We've been oversaturaresd with so many awful rappers over the past decade it's hard to choose!

I agree that the proliferation of quality apps over the past few weeks on Android and GitHub has been pretty incredible considering the broad range of designs and features each one uniquely has

Visiting Makkah (Mecca) and/or Medinah for pilgrimage (hajj/Umrah). I wouldn't describe myself as a vibey/woo woo person but both cities feel either spiritually peaceful or intense due to the frenzied energy of the tens of thousands of worshippers there. Several of us on a visit began crying for no reason at various moments during the trip.

I often hear people discuss albums with a "winter feel" (Liquid Swords, Dah Shining, Cold Vein) but rarely summer albums; anybody have favorites that fit into this category?
