Been to Russia and live on the border of it. Basically if you have a chance of beating Putin you aren't going to be an option to vote for. The part of the government who decides who will be the options is controlled by Putin. The approval is pretty much bullshit, I haven't asked everyone in Russia but I have yet to meet someone who supports Putin, especially after he invaded Ukraine.
It depends on a lot of things. Something self-hosted would just cost the power and Internet you are already paying for but if you're renting the hosting and maybe even get development for your site it could cost a ton.
He was literally voted out by their parlament by like 300 to 0 votes and the only country calling it a coup was Russia.
If by illegally remove you mean he was passing laws that would have made him a defacto dictator which in turn triggered protests that he violently put down triggering massive protests causing him to flee then yes.
Without aid Ukraine would lose more lives.

Most of the fear of sharks is due to media. Like the vast majority of sharks will not attack a human even when in close proximity. There are like 1 or 2 species of sharks that have any danger to humans: bull and tiger sharks if I remember correctly. And even those 2 will most likely not attack, it's just that other species are no danger at all.
Here in Estonia tap water is great everywhere. Like my parents have a well at their farm connected to their plumbing and it's the best water I have ever had. The capital has water that tastes kinda like drinking pool water but that is perfectly safe too and only an issue in the capital city.
That toaster looks older than the one I got during the soviet occupation and everything from then looks 30 years older.
