This makes question though, where is the line between private conversation and public defamation?
We probably all agree talking smack between friends is ok, and defaming someone on xitter is not. The hard bit for me is where is the line between the two?

there's a difference between "light roast acidity" and "horribly under extracted lemon juice acidity"
Aside from everything else that is wrong here, it's a great example of how fucked up it is that news can report freely on arrests, with full name, mug shot and details about the arrest.
What happened to "innocent til proven guilty"?
sounds like a kind of false equivalence to me

predicted? they're facebook, they are not predicted to be bad, they ARE bad.

Espionage is kinda shady in nature.
Do you think they should have outed their spies, dooming them to a certain death?
