Rapiers are a tad more modern, but there is a parallel in how they were a bit of a status symbol and often used for less "normal warfare" scenarios.

Windows. Can't be arsed to deal with Linux.
I've tried it. There were three issues:
- Mouse movement was pretty choppy. Not exactly a dealbreaker, but it took a little extra effort to aim at buttons.
- There wasn't an easy way to do keyboard shortcuts. I googled the issue and people were suggesting to change the system keyboard to one that includes extra keys like Windows, Ctrl, etc. I really didn't want to deal with that.
- The interface was pretty hard to navigate. In the absence of extra keyboard keys, I looked into creating a custom script in the app to maybe do things like Alt+tab a different way, and I never found it. Both apps said it had to be configured on the other device.
Yeah I wish they were still adding new features and stuff. But I haven't found a better alternative yet, so I guess that's what we have.
I wonder what would happen. Let's say 10,000 people.
Let's say some extremist, highly organized group manages to successfully assassinate the 10,000 richest people in the world, and then disappears without a trace.
I'm guessing those people would all be succeeded by their next of kin. Would that cause a wave of change or...?
I used to wonder why we were in such a hurry to phase out 3G networks entirely.
Now I know.
I think you're going for malice a bit fast when incompetence and negligence seem like pretty likely culprits to me.
This is so weird. It reads like fiction.
Why is there a whole military briefing transcription right there in a newspaper? Isn't that supposed to be secret?
Unified Remote. It's a little janky, but it does you to turn your phone into a trackpad and/or keyboard for your phone. It works with swipe typing, and allows you to use keyboard shortcuts such as Alt+Tab or Win+Shift+Arrow.
Truly the best way I've found of using my PC from my couch.
I want to try the texture so bad

According to the dictionary, 抜き打ちnukiuchi and ぬ抜け付けnukitsuke sound like synonyms. I'm a little confused.
I guess with uchi (to strike down) vs tsuke (to put, attach, etc) one sounds more like the result and the action but it's weird that the definitions from Jisho.org aren't too explicit.
