Tthe prompt for the question was a conversation yesterday with my coussin, who has just been locked out of his online portfolio by a phishing attack, and who is now upping his security game with microsoft password manager, and online passivity.

But what is some basic tips i could talk with him about? And i could use myself, who have looked at bitwarden for close to half a year, stuck by figuring out a master password, and a healthy dose of paranoia of forgetting it

Hello people

From a online security perspective, how viable is the total online passivity tactic against hacking, phishing and whatever else there is of threats and tracking online?

In that concept i mean: to stay as a lurker on the social medias, only posting extremely sparse.

If you get random mails from the bank or other instances you dont follow the links, but rather either phones them, or manually goes to the companys page and loggs in to see if there are any messages on the internal inbox or anything that pops up when logging in.

With the thought in mind, that you cant get attacked, if they dont know you are there, how viable is this tactic?

Normally autocad is used to make top down floorplans, with measurements for almost everything, so that you can build what is drawn, with horizontal detail drawings of those things that require detail drawings of how its constructed, from the bottom of the foundations, to the top of the roofs.

In other words, a drawn detailed description of the job as a whole.

Wow... my final exam assignment is still online: https://bygud.praxis.dk/course/view.php?id=16 Its in danish, but you can see the blueprints im talking about.

If it was 10-15 years ago, id pirate the shit out of it.

But being away from computers for 6 years, and living a completely different life, i wouldnt even know where to begin, and how hard the government is against piracy

Ill look into them, but arent they mostly 3d programs?

Im in the progress of planning a complete home improvement, where all the interiors is pulled down, floors torn up, and only the shell is intact, before rebuilding everything.

But in the designing process i miss the ease of a drawing tool as autocad that we used in school as an mason apprentice.

So home improvement people, what is a good alternative to autocad, for detailed blueprints and measurements?

Uhm historically speaking its yule... a whole week spent eating, drinking, celebrating and toasting to the departure of last year, and wellcoming the new

God? No... Gods? Yea sure, i believe in nature, i believe in the balance of everything, and for a lack of giving my faith a focus, i have turned to the norse gods multiple times.

They arent omnipotent, they arent all knowing, but they are beings bumbling around the universe like us, doing dumb ass shit... like all of us... and you can ask for favors, but dont expect to get it granted, because if you arent willing to make a sacrafice, and do the groundwork, why on earth would they help you?

Im sorry to correct you, but beaked beast translates to næbdyr, which is a creature of itself... typically accompanied by two creative boys, with oddly shaped heads, called phineas ans ferb.

The translation of fjerkræ is probably closer to feathered beast
