I've started infinite jest several times, the last time I thought I'd try on my kindle to make the constant footnotes a bit easier to get back and forth from. Still only got 100 or so pages in. One day I'll get there.

As far as I know it was a disney "documentary " that perpetuated the falsehood of lemmings committing mass suicide so it seems only fitting that we rehabilitate the name that was so besmirched by that filthy corporate behemoth.

Many shows are mixed for surround sound where there's a dedicated centre channel where the dialogue comes from. This is the main reason people can't hear the dialogue.

No point in the tories bucking their trend I suppose.

Half way through my run of 7 nightshifts, I was hoping the nice weather would last until my days off but alas in the North of Scotland we're returning to our damp grey usual.

And now I have an image in my head of moorassic Park, with cows as velociraptors.

Working nightshift for 6 more nights, going to miss the nice weather this weekend. Not looking forward to trying to sleep during the day with the heat but hey ho, at least I get a week off when I'm done.
