Is it better to change the community icon from Messi to a football icon? I'm a Messi fan myself but don't want the new members be opposed to it, a simple football icon might be better I think.

Still hoping we will get a match thread for today's match here for discussion. Since r/soccer isn't allowing new posts, more people will find out about Lemmy and migrate.
Yeah I completely agree. But I want this community to grow, so better to keep a neutral icon to not to discourage anyone
