They have a fairly large group that isn't going to change their votes either way. Then, they have another group that actually might stay home, but things like this motivates them. They don't have to care about the parts of their base that aren't going to change their mind.

Eh, the sentiment has always been 'fuck russia', it's a pain. If someone comes up with a good reason to reenter the russian markets and everyone think it's profitable and legal enough to get away with, they'll bring it up at their company and will probably be successful, but a lot of us are very happy we didn't have to worry about that for a few years.

This statement is driving down the perceived profitability though, so probably bought us a bit more time.

At a lot of flower places, you'd likely be paying a premium for flowers on Valentines Days even if they didn't explicitly tell you. Check back in a week and whatever you bought may be significantly cheaper. Just saying that if you didn't actually get them on Valentines, may want to push for at least some of your money back whether they eventually get there or not.

Threatening to call your bank may help if they won't give you a refund, actually do it if they don't. If you have to talk to your bank, remember that you bough valentines day flowers not eventually delivered some day flowers.
