That's three major instances that have gone down in the last couple days. Clearly u/spez is trying to kill lemmy.

vlemmy.net situation is unrelated. Admin of the instance just closed shop and disabled all the donation links without saying a word.

It's an injection vulnerability that some dirty folk found and needs to get patched out. It was inevitable with the sudden user increase.
