Are any of you following youth soccer enough to know how Dortmund in particular keeps finding gems?
They just gave excellent scouts and are willing to take the risk on youth players. Bigger teams won’t take that same risk as they want continuous success, while with these young gems immediate success isn’t guaranteed in the short term
