Sourdough baking
With starter from Kensington Sourdough in Toronto, this is our first ever sourdough loaf. Been making yeast-risen bread for a while, but first foray into sourdough.
Looking great! But you can't tease us like that and not show a crumb shot!
Man you guys make nice loaves. I've tried making sourdough so many times and it never tastes that great or turns out looking that nice either.
Don't worry, it took me 2-3 months of regular attempts to get something I was satisfied with and was able to replicate 😄
I like this lemmy trend of bread popping up in my Hot feed. Looks dee-lish!
I wish my first sourdough had looked that good 😁
