This game.... Is not good.

Style Boutique was the shinning jewel of the shop/dressup management games. It had characters, mini plots, mechanics.

This one throws it all away. No currency, no real requests, no progression. You do the tutorial and you've seen everything the game has to give (except showcases)

Never played any of this crap but after watching the trailer my first complaint would be that the persons making the game have absolutely zero sense of style and all the example clothes look like something found in a backyard container in Uzbekistan in 1985. Maybe that’s exactly what the “japan/manga” fankids like though, it’s just such a depressing and backwards phenomenon.

Disappointing. I loved the 3ds games and was hoping to get something similar but a bit modernized.

Games like this are so sad to me. A developer has funding from Nintendo, and makes a series that fans like. After a decade, the partnership ends. The developer continues to make the next game, but without the proper funding, the game looks like a step down. The developer can't even use the same name, so the game feels very uncanny valley.

I don't see this one doing well, and it may end up being the last in the "series"
