Today the U.S. Senate passed by voice vote U.S. Senator Josh Hawley's resolution condemning Hamas and the antisemitic student groups on college campuses that have celebrated the Oct. 7 terrorist attack against Israel. The passage of the resolution came after Democrats blocked the measure one week ago.
The Senate.gov website blocks my country hilarious
As Israel continues to white wash genocide.
I can't read the original article, but I think everyone here is being disingenuous with their fast and loose interpretations of words.
There's a difference between pro Palestine, anti-apartheid organizations,
And pro Hamas organizations.
As far as I can tell the Senate is censuring student organizations which are pro Hamas.
This is being reported in the media as the Senate is censoring pro-Palestine organizations.
That means at least one party is conflating pro Palestine and pro Hamas.
There are plenty of organizations which are pro Palestine but anti-Hamas. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_political_parties_in_the_State_of_Palestine
At this point anyone who is not 110% pro-Hamas is a fucking nazi.
Deal with it, libs.
Your rhetoric is just helping your enemies silence your voice.
If you're not with us you're against us is classic fascist talk. And people don't take well to it, especially if they're on the fence
If somebody is on the fence regarding whether Israel should be doing a genocide or not they can get fucked
The person I was responding to said your either pro Hamas or your a nazi.
That's a false dichotomy.
Stating that will only appease hardliners, not sway the opposition and push away anyone who isn't firmly in either camp.
Your response to me conflates the pro hamas / pro Palestine issue.
There are many anti apartheid people who are against hamas. Fatah as one example
