A very easy one. Ironically, for me, green was the leftovers.

SpoilersI had a vague sense that it was "things you pull off/out". I don't know how a sticker is a barb. Guess that might be an American term?

[–] FoxyFerengi@lemm.ee 7 points 1 week ago (1 children)

Tap for spoilerStickers are a name for the seeds of a few grasses in the American South. Many of them have hooks on them, but a lot have sharp little barbs. Sandbur is a good example

Interesting. Sounds similar to

SpoilersThe bindii in Australia. Also called "pricklies". A name for a variety of unrelated species of grass or grass-like plants that hook on to you.

[–] FoxyFerengi@lemm.ee 4 points 1 week ago

Tap for spoilerThat's pretty dang similar! "Sticker" because they stick to you, and it's describing the type of seed instead of the species

Weird that yellow gave me so much trouble.

Green roughed me up real good. I thought it would have to do something with books.

Well that was easy. I'm used to the fiendish "Wall" from the the UK quiz show Only Connect.

Ha yeah, I've seen Only Connect. YouTuber Tom Scott was on it in his youth. It's a really interesting format for a show, but fiendishly difficult at times, especially for a non-Brit.
